The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Economic Development, Tourism and Agriculture (NMBM EDTA) Directorate within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality has the mandate to promote and profile Nelson Mandela Bay (NMB) as a world-class trade and investment, tourism and agriculture destination. We have worked with NMBM EDTA Trade and Investment and Tourism departments developing various strategies, digital marketing and advertising assets and tools to position NMBM as a prime location for business and leisure:

The Investment Promotion and Airlift Strategies sought to make a case for Gqeberha FKA Port Elizabeth as a Foothold onto the African Continent, a low-cost, secure, and connected platform into the region, Africa, and the world, and the recognition that air connectivity is an essential catalyst for economic growth, enhancing trade and the performance of other economic sectors.

The #ShareTheBay Campaign was launched as a celebration of Tourism month 2019 and has since become an evergreen part of NMB Tourism destination marketing messaging. Our involvement in various parts of this campaign includes designing and producing campaign marketing and communications assets and tools, such as the event thematic, to manage and create required collateral.

 

 

The Nelson Mandela Bay Visitors and Township Guides are tourism publications showcasing various attractions NMBM offers, including those found in the four of the Bay’s townships, namely, Motherwell, New Brighton, Walmer and Uitenhage.

 

 

The Invest NMB and NMB Investment Incentives booklets are some of the publications developed to position NMB as an ideal investment location.

 

 

Other strategic tools include the NMBM Investment Promotion and NMB Tourism Destination Marketing videos, a digital video library and four 30″ high definition promotional videos capturing the essence of NMB to further enhance the Bay’s profile as a prime location for travel, trade and investment.
